Toutefois, nous avons trouvé les prix des golfs beaucoup trop élevés. Le prix des voiturettes est excessif surtout qu’elles sont en mauvais état et certaines d’entre elles ont des gps non fonctionnels. On devrait offrir des forfaits ou des memberships avantageux pour répondre aux besoins des golfeurs qui sont au Portugal pour de longues périodes (entre un et trois mois - long stay). -**- We appreciated Marisa's customer service. Golf tee times are easy to book on the teetimes.pt website. However, we found the prices of the golf courses far too high. The price of golf carts is excessive, especially as they are in poor condition and some have non-functional gps. Packages or advantageous memberships should be offered to meet the needs of golfers who are in Portugal for long periods (between one and three months - long stay).

Overall very good, service was prompt and efficient but found booking on web site difficult when booking multiple courses using offers of say 3 in 7 days when you had to book all three at same time and unable to see if times were available on othe courses. TeeTimes were great, Raquel was very quick to respond to emails and was always available to talk should I call. Booking changes were made without fuss and we were very pleased to have an additional round at Ombria arranged at late notice. I always use Teetimes when arranging golf trips to Portugal and always will. One thing to note though - perhaps more advanced notice on courses having quality issues is needed to give opportunity to book elsewhere, Palmares was a real disappointment. Thanks again.

Celine did an excellent job helping us putting this trip together, we are repeat customers of hers. We appreciated her suggestions and she was able to make accommodations or changes when we requested it without fuss. Transfers would have been excellent, with the exception of our transfer to MR golf course (one hour each way) , where the driver showed up in a compact car. This was unacceptable and uncomfortable. Everything went smoothly apart from transfers to and from courses. We had to hire a private taxi back from Laranjal as return transfer did not turn up. Transfers were late most days. Hotel was great - good service. Courses overall were excellent apart from Vale Do Lobo Royale - in the worst shape I have seen it. Poor tees, poor bunkers and greens were shocking. Very good experience, easy to use and could book even the day before, vouchers in the system on arrival so very user friendly. Vale do Lobo courses were excellent, also the staff and the off course facilities. Dom Pedro Laguna needs to sort out their greens, were not very appealing and spoilt the experience, Millennium was better but not as good as in previous years. Just one change would be good, the areas for choosing were quite small, would be great to be able to put in preferred tee times and search a wider area to see what was free, otherwise very good.

Overall very positive experience, golf course selection is a bit cumbersome compared to some sights in terms of selecting courses and would be good to have some filters for example tee time based to see what is free. Service was very efficient, prices competitive and response very quick. Best courses were Vale do Lobo Ocean and Royal, both were in excellent condition and the facilities around them also very good both before and after the rounds.

I was very pleased by the way Marisa organised my trip. The transfers were very prompt and on time. On the down side was the fact that we couldn't pre-book buggies for Silves and Pinta. At Vale da Pinta there were no buggies available and we were forced to walk and with two of us with heart conditions made it really hard. Also slow play meant Silves and Pinta were 5+ hours per round. However, I must thank Marisa for a very professional service.

It would be fantastic if you create an app for booking a golfcourse. Before my vacation I plan courses for the first week. No problem at my laptop. But when I want to book it during my stay it's a little more difficult with the mobile phone. Maybe there is already an app but I could not find.

First time using teetimes. Excellent service throughout even when booking quite late, our requests were met efficiently. We had a number of options and had to adjust dates, but all was sorted for us. The golf transfers were flexible also, having changed pick up times on the day directly with Algarserra. I knew the hotel (Dom João 11) was very good having been there for the last 10 years. The courses were very mixed in terms of standard with the Old course was by far the best. Millenium was in good overall condition and was 2nd best Laguna was poor all round although a good layout Pinhal was again a good layout but the greens were poor and the worse condition of all the other courses. We had a great time and really enjoyed the golf and Vilamoura was a great base.

Nice round on El Chaparral under good conditions. Strange to hear from the marshall that there are pickpockets near holes 2 and 3 and therefore it was recommended tot lock belongings in a safe/locker. Difficult to choose the best of 3 excellent golf courses as each of them are superb, as are the facilities. Been coming for years and we choose the more recognised courses and are never disappointed. Our first stay at Portobello, which we feel is not as good as other hotels we have stayed at. However, other hotels were full for the dates we wanted so not the end of the world, we still had a great time. We had mixed results with the quality of the golf courses. Morgado was okay but Alamos was disappointing. The others played were very good (Boavista, Salgados and Espiche). Decent value for money in what is a competitive market.

I thought the condition of the golf courses was not as good as previous years (and we have been coming to Portugal for 25 years). Not sure if that is a hangover from Covid restrictions or not. Unusually, slight delays in replying but will always use you! You have been great for so many years. When I received the first quote, I replied by asking for the removal of the buggies at Praia. However, buggies were removed for all 3 games including at West Cliffs. This was not spotted and when we registered at reception in the Pro Shop on the Saturday, we were advised that we didn't have the 2 buggies and there were none available. So we had to wait an extra hour or so until one became available.
Tee Times reply: Dear Malcolm. Thank you very much for your feedback. Our biggest apologies for our mistake in cancelling the buggies and our big thanks for your continued confidence in our work. It just proves that we are human. We will definitely have a small gift for you in your next reservation.

I have reviewed Pinheiros Altos golf course. My accommodation was Vila do Golf booked via Diamond Resorts, the location is very peaceful a fabulous location for chilling out, the Vila’s are situated on QDL North and South course with one of tge 2 on site restaurants overlooking the 18th hole. The staff are always helpful and can’t do enough for you. I booked my golf through TeeTimes.pt what a fabulous service, able to book a further round at short notice. They have also organised a golfing holiday we have next month in Spain once again they will price match with very competitive pricing. I can’t speak highly enough of Jorge their rep that organised my trips. He has rescheduled our trip time after time due to Covid. Thank you Jorge

TeeTimes arranged our golf, transfers from the airport to our villa in Vilamoura and car hire for two vehicles to be delivered to our villa.
