The Valle Guadiana Links course is located at the left bank of Guadiana River’s mouth, which serves as a border between Spain and Portugal. Being integrated into a Nature Reserve, its special idiosyncrasy gives a freeing and relaxing effect, different from the rest of the golf courses nearby. Valle Guadiana Links is a superb riverside parkland course on his front nine with a real links feel on the back nine. Just 2 kilometers from the highway connecting directly with Seville and Portugal (A-49). Isla Canela Old (Spain) Ayamonte, Algarve
Isla Canela Golf course is situated within a Nature Reserve where the river Guadiana empties into the Atlantic Ocean. Its beautiful location and the mild climate of the region make it an ideal destination for golfing all year around. The golf course, designed by Juan Catarineu, is successfully integrated into existing flat terrain and is very comfortable to walk. Wide fairways run between natural dunes and many trees - oranges, olives, eucalyptuses and palms- have been introduced not only to enhance the location but, by their position, to provide natural hazards. Castro Marim golf course has breathtaking mountain, river and sea views, all part of the spectacular scenery to be enjoyed by those wishing to take walks merely throughout the surrounding countryside. The golf course has been designed to any level of golfer. The challenging aspects of the golf course, whilst providing interest to the expert, are also a test to the ability of the average handicap golfer and yet remain pleasurable to both. A driving range, chipping and putting green have also been built so as to provide ever important practice facilities. These are supervised by a team of golf professionals who are more than happy to assist you in improving your game. The entire golf course is irrigated by an underground so called 'leaky pipe' system. Benamor Golf Course Tavira, Algarve
Benamor golf course was the first golf course to open east of the Algarve, and lies just outside the city of Tavira. This course offers a pleasant experience, to players of all standards. The golf course is undulating but not hilly. The views of the mountains to the North and the Atlantic Ocean to the South are stunning. The fairways of Bermuda Sahara and cool-season grasses provide good lies for wood and iron shots. Player's accuracy is particularly called upon by the architects' retention of as many of the old trees as feasible. These natural obstacles coupled with strategically placed bunkers and occasional water hazards make the course a worthwhile challenge.
