Quinta do Vale Golf Course
The Quinta do Vale golf course, which has been designed with the interests of the adjacent property complex in mind, is sure to attract golfers of every level and is a strong candidate for hosting important international championships. Covering an area of 75 hectares, the course is fully integrated into the surrounding natural landscape, taking full advantage of the irregularities of the terrain which give a unique personality to each of the 18 holes.|The ambition with which it was designed is evident in the unusual way that the different holes balance each other out and in the singular features which complement and differentiate them: embankments, lakes, bunkers, hillocks, hollows…. A highly attractive course which is characterised by various levels of difficulty that will be a challenge to beginners and test the skill of more experienced players.

After weeks of heavy rain and numerous cancelled events, we were amazed that this course was in such excellent condition throughout. Good layout and excellent playing surfaces. Be warned, water comes into play on numerous holes making it a course best played in calm weather. It was exceptionally windy when we played leading to an exceptional number of lost balls.

Second time on the course. Course is very nice, with views to Spain. They do every thing to keep you happy. 10 minutes between flight, is ok to have a nice round.

A sporty and very beautiful golf course. The design of the fairways certainly lives up to a Seve Ballesteros signature course, as does the condition of the course. There are many alternatives for playing the individual holes, depending on your risk tolerance. Definitely a course you can play multiple times without getting bored ;-)

We were picked up late by are transfer company which unfortunately made this day feel rushed from the start only arriving approximately 15mins before teetime not to take anything away from Quinta do vale lovely clubhouse fairways were excellent and as I expected from Seve the layout was exceptional but front 9 tough from the outset would like to play again when in better form and although the greens were receptive and acceptable it looks like unfortunately they have an issue with some kind of weed problem on some of the greens

Reception staff friendly and helpful as ever. I was paired up with 2 others who were good company. The course was in good condition generally, although the greens seemed a bit more uneven than on my previous visit in April.
