Good welcome and warm feeling from the staff - nice clubhouse and great views. Very tight unforgiving fairways and if slightly wayward it’s a provisional ball as very little chance of finding your ball off the fairway. Greens were pretty true and fast - couple of silly holes but overall good experience

Course in very good condition and greens good. Still feel it treats good shots unfairly with run offs from the fairway centres to scrub at the edges, which does drive you mad !
Quite remote and a difficult course off the tee as wayward tee shots often find trouble.
We were not told the buggies needed booking and would not offer us any. Fortunately the golfer that played with us the previous day saw our problem and let the 2 players who could not walk his buggy and he joined us again. Really need to tell people that buggies need pre-booking. Course was good, greens were the best I have played in the Algarve.
Very well maintained course with good greens, fairways and bunkers. Very tight course so easy to lose balls even with good shots on some holes. Lovely clubhouse and setting.

The course played really well & I would most definitely play to again. The downside of our visit was too many people on the course. Five & a half hours is at leas one & a half hours too long. It spoiled the day !!
-**- The course was in good condition, the greens excellent! The individual holes are interesting to play, but the course is a ball eater. Many sloping positions, so that the ball runs very quickly into the adjacent bushes and can also no longer be found. The limited opening hours of the kitchen in the very nice clubhouse restaurant with a beautiful view of the course are a pity. You have to order by 4 p.m., after that there are only very tasty baguettes. Otherwise, the cuisine is really good!
We received a great and helpful welcome from all the staff at Espiche. The course was in excellent condition generally although some of the tees were worn.

A tight course, unforgiven if wayward in your shots. A bit neglected in areas., but enjoyable.
The clubhouse is spectacular but it is obviously only the start of the development with road construction still underway. The course itself is quite hilly but there are some very beautiful holes. The greens, tees and fairways were in great condition. However, many of the fairways have run-offs which on another course would put you in the rough. The lack of rough means that we lost lots of balls from decent shots either in the scrub to the side or small valleys. I’m sure if you played the course often you would work out where you can and cannot hit the ball but this is easier said than done with the wind in the hills. Not a course for high handicappers unless they let the rough grow to keep balls in play.
Espiche course was in excellent condition and the Green fee was good. My only issue was that the round was very slow due to a 4 ball ahead of us otherwise a good round.
Course was in good condition considering irrigation issues but very tight and penal. Not helped as we played in high winds.
*Buggy Recommended -
*Water hazards - on 2 or 3 holes
*Comments - a few blind tee shots , small landing areas . large greens
